If you need to be seen by Dr. Buchbinder or Dr. Coll, please call (443-444-3431 to schedule an appointment at our Good Samaritan Hospital office, or 410-512-8686 at our GBMC office.to schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Kremen or Dr. Breslin, please call 410-435-4700.) For your convenience we also allow patients to request appointments through this secure website.

What is your cancellation policy? |

Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled office visit. For procedures and sclerotherapy, we require at least 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. |

Do I need a referral to be seen by your group? |
| A. |
You can self-refer for an appointment; however, we advise that you check with your insurance company first to be certain that there are not prior approvals required. Many insurances require that patients obtain a referral from their primary care physician in order to see a specialist. Please be sure you secure the initial referral if required by your insurance. |

What if I don't have insurance, how will I be billed? Do you support a payment plan? |

If you do not have insurance, a deposit is required on your date of service. Payment plans are available under certain circumstances; however, advance notice and pre-approval is required. Please ask to speak with a billing representative when scheduling your appointment. |

Yes. Please print and sign a copy of our Financial Policy and be sure to bring with you the day of your appointment/procedure.

Parking is available free of charge at our Good Samaritan office locations. At GBMC, parking is available in the garage adjacent to our building. There is a fee for parking at GBMC. |

By registering, you can establish your own customized health profile and access our full length, evidence- and consensus-based, disease-specific, medical content. The library also contains a wellness center, support group listings, suggested reading, and additional material that will assist you with your pre, post, and aftercare. You can use this resource to learn at your own pace in the comfort of your home and share this information with your family. |

Communicating Online with Staff: Our patients also have access to using our two-way secure messaging center from their personalized profile. Our patients can request appointments and refills online as well as ask questions through the website. If you register to the site before submitting an online request or question to us, we will be able to respond to your request via the system (i.e., your account inbox through our website), otherwise, we will respond to your requests via phone. |
